Green Hills SPECIAL Private Hire Catered 2026 $1199/(Sunday $1299)

Description

  • Minimum 2 hour hire
  • Entry, meal, drink and party-ware for up to 25 children*
  • Choice of 3 adults included platters (finger food for up to 24 adults)
  • Adults entry is free up to centre capacity of 200 patrons
  • Use of toddler and main playground, mega inflatable slide and seating
  • Option to:
    – keep kitchen and/or coffee machine open by request for purchases
    – pre-order platters and food off the Kids World menu
    – self cater with NUT-FREE food and non-alcoholic drinks. (NO glass)
  • ALL food, cakes & gift bags MUST be NUT-FREE.
  • Sound system and microphone to entertain your guests
  • Staff available to assist during hire

 

*Please note: Party Rooms are NOT available during Private hires

$4.90 per child for ENTRY ONLY additional children above 25
$9.90 per child for ENTRY & MEAL additional children above 25
$100 discount* applies school days Monday-Thursday during school term
*Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

Additional hour prices are available

Add 1 hour (3 hours total) add $300

Add 2 hours (4 hours total) add $550

Add 3 hours (5 hours total) add $750

Any additional hours added within 48 hours of the function date will be charged at $400 per hour.

Bookings require a $300 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking

A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and 15% surcharge on Public Holidays

    The first 25 are included in your package and include 25 Meals & partyware. You will not pay for extra children until 7 days prior when you confirm numbers. Please only indicate the approximate number of additional children (beyond the included 25) and whether they will receive partyware and a meal.

    Additional Hours

    2 hours not long enough? why not add some additional time to your private hire booking.

    • Extra 1 Hour of Private Hire: $300
    • Extra 2 Hours of Private Hire: $550
    • Extra 3 Hours of Private Hire: $750

    Change Start Time for Additional Setup

    A 15-minute set-up time starting at 4:15pm weekdays and 5:15pm on weekends (Green Hills 4:15 Sundays) is allocated to your booking before the function start time. Add additional time if more than 15 minutes is required.

    • Start up to one hour later from booking start time (AFTER CLOSE TIME)
       or allow 1 hour additional set up time: (This is ONLY available after the stores closing time): $100
    • Start at 6PM on a weekday: $200
    • Green Hills Functions can start at 5:30 Monday-Friday with no additional charge by requesting 5:30 in the special requests box, since the store's regular close time is 5:00.

    Kids World requires a $300 bond deposit which is non-refundable should you not go ahead with your booking. The $300 bond is charged in addition to the cost of the function and is kept until the function has been completed to ensure all the conditions of hire have been met. I understand I must follow all centre rules and that ALL FOOD MUST BE NUT FREE

    *I understand Guest list, Dietary requirements as well as non refundable final payment is due 7 days prior to my booking. (If you are unsure about numbers only pay for the confirmed amount 7 days prior
