PARTY PACKAGES
8 kids aged 1-11 years including the birthday child are included in the package however you can add additional children to your party.
You only include the names of paying children on the guest list.
We do not require adults names as adults are always free. Children under 12 months are free so do not put their name on the list or you will be charged. If you do not want to pay the party package price for children aged 1-2years then you will be required to purchase an entry ticket instead as all children 1-11 years must have a wristband to enter our centre.
Adults are always FREE at kids world as long as they bring socks
You are welcome to come earlier if you like but your room will not be ready until the allotted room booking time. We suggest you arrive 5-10minutes before your guests this way you can meet your party hosts, get settled and ready for your guests arrival. Please note we do not open until 10:00am so you can not come any earlier than 10am.
ONLY 1x Nut free birthday Cake is allowed and MUST remain inside the party room at all times – Gift bags must be NUT FREE and handed out when children are leaving -Decorations and balloons are allowed for the table or party room -You cannot bring additional food or drinks from outside of Kids World onto our premises.
The party rooms have all three themes on the feature wall and are unisex, The party hosts adjust the table ware to suit the theme you choose. This means you choose a theme for your party hats, napkins, cups, plates etc. Click on the galleries tab and select your local store to see images of the party room.
Party food consists of hot chips and 3 chicken nuggets plus water and cordial inside the party room
Premium Party Package receives additional chips, lollies & popcorn
Epic Party Package receives chips, lollies & popcorn and additional Fairy Bread and Margherita pizza for kids
*Premium and Epic Party includes 1 platter for the adults
There is, a party host for Premium and Epic parties in the room,
Standard package is Self-Hosted and staff will serve party food only
Party host will greet you, show you to your reserved table and run through the schedule for the day.
Inside the room the host will serve food and drinks, leave your guests to enjoy their food.
Only for the Premium and Epic packages will the host come back to commence the cake ceremony 15 mins after the room start time. They will sing happy birthday then cut and serve out the cake.
Once the 45 minutes has finished the host will clean and re-set the room for all packages.
Only with the Epic package or for $30 games and prizes can be added to your package.
Let us know when you confirm 3 days prior and we can generally accommodate for most dietary requirements.
Each ice cream cake serves 14-16 Slices. any left over slices will be served to the adults.
*Epic parties will receive enough cake to serve 1 piece per paid guest.
A $100 Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
No. Deposits are non refundable.
Guest list, Platters, Dietary requirements as well as final payment is required 3 days prior to your booking. If you are unsure about numbers, we suggest you pay for the confirmed amount 3 days prior and pay for any additional children on the day.
We understand sudden changes may occur. Kids World can be prepared and ready for the high volume of parties being hosted every weekend we require final confirmation 3 days prior to your event. This is when the non-refundable payment is due. The number you confirm for is what will be set up and organized for your party in advance. Should any children let you know they are sick after the confirmation day then you are welcome to substitute other guests in their place but unfortunately Kids World does not do any refunds once confirmation has been made.

PRIVATE HIRES
Each centre holds approximately 200-250 patrons.
Private hires include a minimum of 2 hours
Additional hour prices are available
Add 1 hour (3 hours total) add $300
Add 2 hours (4 hours total) add $550
Add 3 hours (5 hours total) add $750
Any additional hours added within 48 hours of the function date will be charged at $400 per hour.
Private hire functions start 30 minutes after the store closes to the public. This allows time for staff to clean, sanitise and re-set the centre prior to your event commencement time.
You are provided 15 minutes set up time before the start of your function as well as 15 minutes at the end of your function to pack down and vacate the centre.
Yes, as you have hired the whole centre you can bring your own NUT-FREE food and non-alcoholic drinks. Kids World is a NUT-FREE Centre. Please ensure all gift bags, cakes and desserts are NUT-FREE. Please DO NOT bring any glass items into the centre as all adults and children will be wearing socks.
Kids World offers a catered private hire option otherwise there is a delicious café menu as well as a range of options from our platters menu for both adults and children. Platters can be ordered when confirming your booking 3 days prior.
Yes, we can keep the café or kitchen open for your guests to purchase their own food and drinks.
Adults are always free to attend Kids World, as long as you keep under the centre’s maximum capacity limits.
DIY private hire includes 50 children
($4.90 per additional child)
Catered private hire includes invitations, entry for 25 children, 25 sets of partyware as well as 25 party meals & drinks.
Additional children are charged at
$4.90 per child for entry only or
$9.90 per child for partyware, entry meal & drink.
The catered package includes invitations, party ware as well as food and drinks for 25 children plus your choice of 3 adults platters which serves approximately 24 adults as finger food
No, unfortunately the kitchen facilities are unavailable for customer use. We may be able to reheat a small amount of items by prior request.
There will be two staff members available to assist the organiser during the function and to ensure the centre rules and policies are being followed. These staff do not run the function as this responsibility falls upon the function organiser. Staff do not assist with setting up and packing down the event.
The function organiser is responsible to ensure the guests are following all the safety rules and conditions of entry as per the hire agreement. If the hire agreement is breached then this may result in you forfeiting your bond.

Yes, Kids World has a sound system which you can provide your own music using an aux cord.
No, unfortunately the party rooms are not included in the hire fee as room limits and capacities apply to the party rooms so these cannot be used.
Yes, you can bring whoever you like to the function but you will need to ensure they do not leave any mess or paint anywhere in the centre as this will cause you to forfeit the bond.
Kids World requires a $300 bond deposit which is non-refundable should you not go ahead with your booking. The $300 bond is charged in addition to the cost of the function and kept until the function has been completed to ensure all the conditions of hire have been met.
Confirmation of numbers, platters, guest list and any dietary requirements as well as the full non-refundable payment are required 7 days prior to your booking.
